Outing with 2E
Hello everyone! I am back with a new blog !! (-: This blog will be about the outing i had with my secondary 2 Endurance class. We planned to go out together on 4/12/15, Friday for a mini class gathering. Continue reading!!! <3
The individuals involved in this blog include Jolene, Kimberley, Jia En, Donita, Lauren, Jovianne, and Aida. We met up at various locations and eventually gathered at Punggol beach around 1-2pm in the afternoon. Although we initially wanted to have some snacks, we weren't very hungry and instead took pictures together and enjoyed each other's company by the beach.
As you can see from the photo, we noticed some dark clouds approaching and predicted that it would rain soon. The tide also started to get rough, so we moved to the other side of the beach to avoid getting wet. Eventually, it started to drizzle, and we headed to the nearby toilet to wash up. As the rain got heavier, we sought shelter at a nearby restaurant and waited it out. Fortunately, we were able to make it in time before the heavy downpour began. We decided to grab some food and drinks from the nearby 7-11 and sat down at a small table outside to enjoy our meal.
By the time the rain stopped, we had already finished out food so i suggested to go to the rooftop to just sit and chat since there is a shelter and playground there. We took quite a few pictures at the rooftop too. We were dying of boredom there tho and the weather was really hot so we wanted to go to someone's house to chill instead. Something damn funny happened okay let me tell you the story after the pictures we took:
(BY THE WAY, it is VERY nice to watch the sunset here and at the beach!! The photos are very nice i will show you some of the photos with my brother and rachel at the same place but different timing)
So, it was a fine day and I had an outing with my class but then suddenly I realised that I had plans to go out with my class but then realized that I had a tuition session scheduled. Reluctant to leave my friends, I decided to call up the tuition centre, Mavis, to inquire if I could reschedule the lesson. As I sat in a corner making the call, I soon discovered that I had made a mistake and my tuition was actually scheduled for Thursday, not Friday. Feeling embarrassed and silly, I joined my friends and we continued our outing until the evening. Eventually, we decided to head to Jolene's house, taking a bus to Punggol interchange before making our way there via MRT and another bus ride.
Okay so after confirming that I had no tuition, it means that I could go out till night time we all decided to go to Jolene's house. We took the bus to Punggol interchange then took MRT and a bus to her house.
After we reached her house, we just started snacking on the food we bought and continued talking about random things while taking photographs. Here are the pictures that we took (or maybe only me):

Our visit to Jolene's house was brief, as she had plans to meet her friends for dinner. Around 6 o'clock, everyone except for Jia En and me left for NEX in Jolene's grandmother's car. Since we were still hungry, we decided to head to Serangoon Gardens for some food. After a bit of walking, we settled on Wimbly Lu at My Village for some delicious waffles and ice cream. Even though it was a small branch, we thoroughly enjoyed our dessert.
(Oh woops the waffles picture is with my friend i dont have it so sorry !!)
After finishing out food, Jia En had to leave for another place so her mum came to fetch her. However, her mum was so nice and kind she gave me a lift to Serangoon MRT station, which was very convenient for me. Even though I didn't have anyone to hang out with after that, I went home and continued with my usual routine, which involved playing League of Legends with my friends.

Directions: For those who are curious, the beach is located at Punggol end and can be accessed by taking bus 84 from Punggol interchange. There are plenty of cafes and rental bicycles available, and it's also a great spot for fishing. We recommend checking out the white bee hoon restaurant at Punggol End for dinner, but be prepared for long queues.

P.S for my unglam face i'm too lazy to find nicer ones HAHAHAH, But this was 8/9 people who came for the outing. Lauren didn't reach so early due to her training sessions so she missed out the beach but she will be joining us at a later timing hmmmm.

On a different note, I wanted to share some exciting news with all of you. From December 13th to 27th, I will be travelling to China for a holiday! I plan on updating my blog with pictures and stories of my travels, but I may not be very active on social media platforms like Instagram and Snapchat. Nevertheless, feel free to check out my Ask.fm account for updates.
I understand that some may find my blog boring or wonder why I choose to share my daily experiences, but for me, this blog serves as a personal diary to record my memories and share them with others.
